Yoga Retreat in Romania is a 4-day self growth and internal work, nourishing the body, mind and soul.
In a beautiful location in central Romania, it is a wintery cozy long weekend, that combines meditations, various yoga practices and awakening studies. Also providing vegetarian meals, walks in the area, evening activities and a lot of fun.
This life is a complicated, crazy experience. This life can be a peaceful and joyful experience, an intelligent experience, a wonderful experience. We need tools, knowledge and perspectives in order to flourish and thrive. Yoga is a world full of tools for a healthy and strong body, a clear and sharp mind and for a peaceful and happy soul. We will deepen into these tools, such as meditations, breathing, asanas, theory, philosophy and mantras.
We aim for a quality time for everyone, together and alone, time to reflect and get life-changing insights, time to rest and relax, time for fun and experiences, and more.
Bonus: after the retreat Nicoletta and Sharon will spend another day in Bucharest to enjoy the beautiful sight of the city. Everyone is invited to join!

Forest Villa has an energetic healing vibe being a special place to do personal transformation and body work while feeling close to and connected with nature.
The fortified church from Cisnadioara is one of the oldest monuments around Sibiu, one of the seven citadels founded by the Saxons of Transylvania centuries ago. It’s a rare example of Romanesque architecture in the region, especially its splendid western portal, which survived more than 800 years without major changes.

About Sharon:
Based in Israel, travels and teaches worldwide. Began practicing Yoga in 1998, and a certified Yoga teacher since 2006. A certified therapist since 2017 in various methods, and facilitates workshops and personal processes in the field of personal development.
"I see yoga as an anchor that brings balance, stability and peace to our lives. Yoga opens a path for everyone, if they choose, into themselves, and allows us to see the unnecessary, our stories, the burdens we carry. Then, yoga provides tools to free ourselves from all of these, to focus and develop. I teach vinyasa yoga, yin yoga and therapeutic yoga. I love fun sequences, the ability to explore ourselves, life, the world, through the body work, and I love the changes it brings to my life."
About Nicoletta:
Based in Bucharest (Romania) and has been practicing yoga since 1991.
Certified yoga teacher since 2013, she's specialized in different styles of yoga, including Raja Yoga, Partner & Community Yoga, Kids & Family Yoga, Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, Wise Women Yoga and KundaDance.
She teaches yoga in various studio and organizes workshops and retreats in different locations. She considers yoga as a tool for evaluative mind, healthy body and a free spirit.
